I want to offer more bundled products and gift sets, but the assembly is killing my productivity

I run an online store and I have started offering more bundled products and gift sets to increase my average order value. The problem is that assembling these kits is taking up way too much time. I have to gather different products, add inserts, make sure everything is packed correctly, and then ship it out. It is slowing down my entire fulfillment process and I am worried about mistakes. I have looked into hiring staff, but training them on the specific kitting requirements would take time I do not have. I need a fulfillment partner who can handle product bundling, kitting, and assembly for me. Has anyone found a service that does this well?
